FAQs:
- I have inputted my username but it only produces an error message.
- If an error occurs on your first attempt, please restart the browser and try again.
- If the error still persists, create a ticket at http://helpdesk.i.gov.ph
- I used the login credentials that was provided for me through my email but I still can't login.
- You might have requested a new password that has overriden your previous password.
- If you have failed to login 3 or more times, you might have been blocked by our server. Create a ticket and send us the description of your problem and your Public IP address at http://helpdesk.i.gov.ph
